O Fallon, MO. FedEx Ground delivers to most of the continental US in 3 business days, All of the continental US is in a 4 business day delivery range
What are your freight terms?
FOB Shipping Point, prepaid and billed
Freight paid for orders over 500.00*
*excluding Pea Gravel. All actual freight will be billed when shipping pea gravel.
Is there a minimum order?

Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Returns will be evaluated on a case-by case basis. Errors by Butler Communications will be resolved at no cost to the customer. Restocking fees of up to 20% may apply to returns that are not the result of Butler Communications errors.
You may attempt to cancel an order made in error by contacting our office. Orders that have been initiated and are being processed are no longer eligible for cancellation. Please contact our office to find out if your order is eligible.
